Peggy truly enjoys people! They are her forte, they're what make her tick and what makes Peggy love her work. Buying or selling a home doesn't have to be stressful; it can be fun for you as well as for your agent. "My family and I have lived in the Bremerton/Silverdale area for over half of my life (which is a considerable length of time, believe me!) Real estate was a natural transition for me, and it is the most rewarding work I've ever done."
Peggy finds rewards in the knowledge that she plays an important part in seeing her clients achieve their goals and dreams. Peggy has the knowledge and professionalism to see each transaction through to closing. She tracks the market on a daily basis so that her clients have the first opportunity to see new listings and great buys. She goes the extra mile to negotiate the transaction for her client's benefit. "I enjoy the creativity in making a transaction work. Real estate is not just black and white. On one transaction, we made sure that a 3-legged dog was part of the deal. No kidding! Here's a photo of "old Blue" and me. This is a terrific job!" Peggy is concerned with you. She is committed to getting the best price for your home in the shortest amount of time by giving you all the facts about the market before you place the property on the market. "My only concern is you. I am committed to selling your home or finding you the right home. Then my job is to take care of all the details in between."
Peggy has always worked in service related fields. She has been a teacher, airline hostess and medical office manager. She has been recognized for her outstanding efforts in real estate by receiving the Kitsap County Association of Realtors "Award of Excellence". Aware of others less fortunate, Peggy dedicates a portion of each brokerage fee she earns to the Windermere Foundation. This foundation funds local non-profit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families in our community. "As an airline hostess, I was priviledged to see a lot of our beautiful country. In my opinion, no place can compare with the beauty of the West Sound region."
