BROKERAGE
Joe Michelsen started in real estate brokerage in 1981 specializing in commercial leasing and sales. He has primarily been involved in retail and office leasing and development, but also has had significant experience in land leasing, sales and even mine leases. In Silverdale he has brought in Red Robin, Skippers, Lumbermans, Doctors Clinic and financial brokerage firms.
DEVELOPMENT
Associated with real estate, he has also been project manager on the development and construction of several office buildings and remodel of a restaurant as well as the design and bidding of several more office complexes.
